EWIGKEIT: Another Album Available For Free Download

March 6, 2007

The U.K.'s left-field metal project EWIGKEIT is offering another free album to download at www.deathtomusic.com — 1999's "Starscape" (with new artwork).

According to a press release, "Starscape" is "the sound of EWIGKEIT when the music was still mostly of an extreme metal nature — best described as 'ambient extreme metal.' It is perhaps the first (only?) hi-tech low-fi extreme metal albm ever recorded. 'Starscape' was originally released in 1999."

This is the second skirmish of "Death To Music productions" for 2007 (since James Fogarty of EWIGKEIT burnt all his previous contracts and reclaimed the rights to everything he has previously written and recorded; see the video at YouTube.com and read the news story at this location).

EWIGKEIT is currently working on the follow-up to 2005/2006's "Conspiritus" (released via Earache Records),which should see the light of day sometime in late 2007.
